Zoning

The Zoning Department is responsible for administering and enforcing all local zoning ordinances to ensure orderly and compliant land use throughout the community. Our office manages Zoning Board of Review applications, including variances, special-use permits, and appeals, and provides guidance to applicants throughout the review process.

We also investigate zoning-related complaints, conduct inspections, and take appropriate enforcement action to address any violations. In addition, the department offers zoning information, maps, and professional assistance to help residents, businesses, and developers understand and comply with all zoning requirements.
