Public Record Request

Procedure for Requesting Public Records:

  • Requests for public records may be made over the phone, email, fax, or made in person. There is a “Records Request” form available for your convenience, however this is not required. 
  • Copies of public records are .15 per page. 
  • Copies of Probate are $1.50 per page
  • Copies of Land Evidence are $1.50. You must provide the book and page. 
  • The cost of Voter information provided on CD is $5.00. 
  • Retrieval costs are $15.00 per hour, with the first hour being free. If the cost totals more than $10.00, payment will need to be made in advance. 
  • Requests will be handled in the order that they are received. 
  • Records will be provided in the format that they are kept.
