Lincoln Memorial Day Parade
The Town of Lincoln invites residents to join in our annual Memorial Day weekend celebrations, honoring the brave veterans who have served our country. The weekend kicks off with a Veterans Breakfast at the Lincoln Senior Center, followed by a wreath-laying ceremony at the War Memorial at the Senior Center and the Saylesville Fire Station. We continue our Memorial Day Celebration with fireworks at the Lincoln High School. On Memorial Day, we host our annual Memorial Day Parade, immediately followed by our Post-Parade Celebration at Chase Farm. This weekend is a tribute and celebration of all veterans who have served.
Detailed information will be provided closer to date of events. For more information regarding Memorial Day Weekend or if you’re interested in participating in the Memorial Day Parade, you can email Scott Winslow at Swinslow@Lincolnri.org or call 401-333-8416

The Lincoln Memorial Day Parade Committee is pleased to announce that we will be continuing our special observances this year, honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice. The event will start off with a breakfast for both Veterans and members of our Honor Guard contingent made up of first responder, EMS, Police and Fire from Lincoln. The breakfast will be held at the Lincoln Senior Center. The wreath laying ceremonies will take place at different war memorials here in Lincoln. The Honor Guard will be travelling to the different memorials, so we are providing a tentative schedule for the different ceremonies.
